Tales of Beedle the Bard by J. K. Rowling (111 pages)
For all you Harry Potter fans who have been in withdrawal since the 2007 release of The Deathly Hallows, this book is for you. Rowling has finally given us the fairy tale book first introduced in the 7th Harry Potter book.
This slim book contains five fairy tales: "The Tale of the Three Brothers", "The Warlock's Hairy Heart", "The Wizard and the Hopping Pot", "The Fountain of Fair Fortune", and "Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump."
Although not in the same league as the Harry Potter series, this is a must read for fans of Rowling. It makes an excellent bedtime story book for children (and adults) of all ages.

I agree; it wasn't in the same league as the series books, but it sure was fun. :-)
